NAUTIS PRODUCT WARRANTY
 

2-Year Limited Warranty
 

All NAUTIS watches are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty that provides the following coverage for the original owner/purchaser of the item(s):

• Breakage or malfunctioning of the watch under normal use

• Breakage or malfunctioning of the watch that’s linked to defects in materials or workmanship

• Malfunctioning of all components of the movement

• Malfunctioning of the case 

Please note: This warranty does not cover the finish of the watch, watch crystal, bracelet, or straps.

 

This warranty automatically becomes null and void if the product is taken apart, tampered with, or misused in any way.

 

The following are NOT covered under the 2-Year Limited Warranty for any reason, regardless of the length of ownership of the watch(es):

• Watch crystal

• Crystal mounted magnifiers

• Watch bracelet, clasp, straps, buckles, and strap/band keepers

• Cosmetic imperfections caused by regular wear or use

• Damage caused by regular wear or use

• Incidental or consequential damages

• Water damage caused by improper use or mishandling

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, disassembly, or tampering by the owner or any other person(s), including watch repair specialists

• Damage, flaws, or breakage that is not caused by a manufacturing defect

 

NAUTIS Watch Co. reserves the right to deny warranty repair or replacement benefits if the item is deemed to have been misused or damaged in some way by the owner or otherwise (including accidents), or has defects and flaws that are not due to manufacturing issues, errors, or defects from production.


NAUTIS BRONZ-MATIC

Owner Information:
Nautis Bronz-Matic features a unique case material created from a high-performance bronze and aluminum alloy which guarantees the development of a subtle and unique patina over time, based on individual use and environment.
 

 

Maintenance:

We recommend to wash the waterproof cases occasionally, with a soft brush and soapy water. It is not recommended to use abrasive or corrosive products, including solvents, detergents or chemicals.
